Had the opportunity to meet with Tricia and Allison from Women and Mentoring WAM Limited.

Their work is making a tangible impact—supporting women and girls to stay out of the justice system through a network of around 120 dedicated volunteer mentors.

It was valuable to hear how they’re building strong community connections, helping participants engage in rehabilitation programs, and contributing to safer communities.

They’re also looking for more volunteer mentors—worth checking out if you’re keen to give back locally.
