Hume City FC 2026 Season Launch

It was a pleasure to attend the launch of Hume City FC’s 2026 season—an occasion that held special meaning for me as a former junior player of the club. 

My sincere thanks to President Ersan Gulum, along with the committee, volunteers, and sponsors whose ongoing dedication continues to strengthen and grow the club. It was inspiring to hear the vision for the upcoming season, particularly the strong focus on developing young players both on and off the pitch. 

Hume City FC plays a vital role in bringing our community together, while creating meaningful pathways from grassroots participation to elite-level football. I was proud to stand alongside fellow community leaders and representatives in support of this important work. 

I was proud to be alongside Iwan Walters MP, Kathleen Matthews-Ward MP, Baseem Abdo MP, Cr Naim Kurt and all councilors and community leaders.
