It was great to join Premier Jacinta Allan, Minister for Planning Sonya Kilkenny MP, and my northern colleague Sheena Watt MP for the groundbreaking of 476 new rental apartments at 25 River Boulevard, Richmond. 

Situated close to jobs, transport, and essential services, the $780 million Victoria Gardens Precinct project will feature rooftop spaces, co-working areas, and much more. 

Victoria is leading the build-to-rent boom, delivering quality homes near Melbourne’s CBD and providing more options for renters.
